Partner with the WFS business in developing marketing programs to support key business objectives.
Manage social media program, creating, coordinating and implementing content to be used in multiple social channels, with a concentration on LinkedIn
Develop and implement client communications, including event, product, and campaign specific
Working collaboratively with sales to manage communications through the sales funnel including sales presentations, lead generation, and on-boarding materials.
Collaborate with PSS Retail Marketing in managing the corporate employee experience, working closely with Retail Marketing to understand corporate client employees.
Work closely with Institutional Services marketing partners to leverage best practices and new learnings
Work closely with manager to leverage and enhance an integrated channel platform, including digital and social media
Skills and experience:
Exposure to B:B or B:C marketing environment, with an understanding of meeting multiple audience needs
A strong mix of analytical skills, project management and strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to drive business results
Experience leveraging data and insights to drive effective marketing programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations
Experience in integrated marketing and its channels: email, direct mail, print, events, etc., including a strong understanding of digital and social media
Understanding of CRM systems, knowledge of Salesforce helpful
Exposure to marketing automation platforms, knowledge of Marketo helpful
The ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate on cross-enterprise initiatives a must
Results-oriented approach to success measurement and continuous improvement, ability to make sound decisions
College degree – BA/BS required. And, a minimum 5-7 years of marketing & communication experience
